I called front desk for a different room, they refused to change my room. I informed the front desk agent, that my son has asthma, he said he would send someone with a deodorizer. When the hotel staff arrived to spray the room down, he sprayed way too much and my son started wheezing more. I do not wish to stay there again, however the cleaning staff are amazing.

They advertise a nice waterpark but you have pay extra to go and then they closed half the day for rain and then closed completely for the day at 5pm. Then they advertise 14 pools with many of them having pool bars but they were all closed by 5pm on a Saturday afternoon.
