What is the quickest way? Imagine you go to see trainer for training you how to drop to all four, or if you won't be able to do it until you hit lvl And what about dismounting in buildings and some instances? But you never know. Specially since under the Worgen page on wowwiki under the mount tab it says there is no mount besides Running Wild.

But in the Running Wild page it says they still get regular mounts other alliance races can ride. Worgen Mounts Worgen will not have a racial mount, but will instead have Running Wild, in which they take to all fours and travel at mount speed. This is a different mechanic than the removed tauren Plainsrunning ability. Running Wild is indeed the new racial "mount" for worgen. Functionally the ability works exactly like a mount.

This does mean the worgen are not bringing faction mounts to the table which other Alliance races can access. This is also of course very different from the original Plainsrunning implemented for taurens. We have no plans to try and bring that ability back in any form.

Ultimately, we feel Running Wild fits very well with the nature of the worgen race. Rather than getting a physical mount, they get down and sprint on all fours. If you are in worgen form and press Two Forms then immediately after Running Wild, halfway through the cast you will become human again, but will still receive the buff, enabling you to run like you're on meth. Also with this you still follow the mount angling rules, so you can sit on say a hallow's end pumpkin and pretend you are spiderman!

Berate: It's basically Rocket Jump but instead of a jump, you move faster. And considering that Rocket jump goes across a possibly shorter distance in a shorter amount of time, this is basically Sprint and RJ is Blink, only 3x better. Flayer Skinning skill increased by 15 and allows you to skin faster. Berate: Useless. Two Forms Instant 1. Berate: Not technically a racial, since it's learned later in the game and by later I mean about 3 minutes later , I only put it up here so people don't go omfg no twoforms?

And for all intents and purposes, this IS a mount; it has the exact same functionality, but it just uses a different animation instead of a mount model. IIRC, it even comes with mount training.

The "increases flight speed" bit is not likely to be in the final game although the mental image of a worgen flying around frantically waving his arms to stay in the air did make me smile EDIT: TB has a video of the Female Worgen's Running Wild animation up.

Comment by Idanian Of note in the debate about Running Wild vs. No Mounts, the beta had Worgen gaining free riding skill automatically at level 20, just like any other race's Warlock or Paladin or Druid lvl Running Wild needed to be trained, but at dirt cheap price.

People have complained for years about Locks and Pallys getting an easier ride, even after the price drops. Now a race gets the same thing.
