In an interview with CNN Philippines Life, Concepcion shares his own personal rituals on fitness, wellness, and productivity — ones that may have needed modifying, to adapt to our new reality. How does that affect the rest of your day?
Coffee, meditation, journaling, and a podcast — in no particular order. However, I find that being too rigid about my routine and being hard on myself can be counterproductive to my goal of living mindfully. What time of day do you feel most productive? Why do you think that works for you? After my morning routine and a quick workout. What do you enjoy most about your job?
What do you find most challenging about it? This is a tough one. As with many others, we are currently unable to do a lot of the things I enjoy the most. I miss my team, our shops, and our community. Tags business fashion. Holiday festivities are sure to be fun and safe at Lifemalls by Filinvest.

View Comment 1. Make your wardrobe more Filipino: Support local designers in this series of Filipino Fashion Fair pop-ups. One of their biggest projects next year, and which Commonwealth Manila has been actively working on for the past six months, is to work on their e-commerce business. But ultimately, I like to find concepts that can become a worthwhile business to invest my time and efforts in. I think it was a series of fortunate things that happened one after the other.
I wear sunglasses a lot, so definitely eyewear. Shameless plugging—our shoe right now, the ZX RM silhouette. The past three years have been a bit of blur, just kind of chasing our goal and trying to get our business to where we need it. But I do enjoy going to the beach, zoning out. I go to Batangas.
