That room of Soleceon Ruins is where you can catch the final Unknown. You got everything right but the city. The guy digging the tunnel is actually closer to Veilstone City than Hearthome. Needless to say, these particular letters will be the easiest to find. The dead-ends contain the rest of the alphabet. Check each individual dead-end four times each to quickly catch as many letters as possible. Anonymous Unown is found in Solaceon Ruins. This Site Might Help You.
